We connect businesses seeking payment processing solutions with our acquiring bank partners and payment processors. We do not directly process payments, hold merchant funds, or provide banking services.

- Financial Information: Estimated monthly processing volume, average transaction amount, current payment processor (if applicable), bank account information for settlement purposes, and business financial statements when required for underwriting.
- Principal/Owner Information: Names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, home addresses, ownership percentages, and contact information for all principals, owners, officers, or partners with 25% or greater ownership stake, or significant management responsibility.
- Processing History: Previous merchant account statements, chargeback history, processing history, and any prior terminations from payment processing services.
- Website and Business Operations: Business website URL, description of products or services sold, fulfillment and delivery methods, refund and return policies, and customer service practices.

As an ISO, our primary function is to facilitate merchant account applications with acquiring banks. When you submit an application through our Site, we share your information with our acquiring partners, including Elavon, Inc. and its affiliates, for the purpose of evaluating, underwriting, and potentially approving your merchant account application. Once your information is shared with an acquiring partner, it becomes subject to that partner's privacy policy and practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of our acquiring partners.
4.2 Service Providers
We engage third-party service providers to perform functions on our behalf, including:
- Cloud hosting and data storage providers
- Customer relationship management (CRM) platforms
- Email service providers
- Analytics and marketing services

- Credit reporting agencies

- Declined Applications: Information related to declined applications is retained for five (5) years from the date of decline.
- Incomplete Applications: Information from incomplete applications is retained for two (2) years from the date of last activity.
- Marketing Data: Marketing preferences and communication history are retained until you opt out or request deletion.
- Website Usage Data: Automatically collected data is generally retained for up to twenty-six (26) months.
When personal information is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, we will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable law.

In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have collected the following categories of personal information:
